This method is heavily influenced by classical guitar construction, and while it takes some precision set up work […]

Here’s a rough mixed track of one of the tunes I recorded (on my model 14 semi) Weds night with my band. Pretty fun, the studio is great– it has a 1929 Steinway D piano that is insane! This was the 2nd session for my new disc, first one was some trio in January. Cant […]

Engraving the serial number on the fingerboard of guitar No. 346. This is for an electric guitar project I am doing (pics soon!) that will have small pearl block inlays under the bass strings. The serial number of each of my guitars is typed into the CAD program and then projected onto the 12″ curvature […]

Here is a video of how a set of unique by-request sound holes are cut via CNC on one of my custom archtop guitar projects. The shape of the soundhole profile is projected onto the rendered surface of the guitar’s arch. The cutter then follows this 3D line as a toolpath to cut through the soundboard in small […]

Heres the guitar I made for David Ullmann, its basically the same as the guitar I made for Gilad Hekselman with the addition of an ebony pickguard. This one turned out great! Yotam Silberstein said he had a dream about it after playing it when he was at the shop the other day checking out […]

SOLD It’s all done!! I have a very cool model 14 semi that I originally made as a “shop” demo guitar and it turned out a little too nice… I should probably “release it out into the wild” haha instead of keeping it. This is my 333rd guitar (3 is my lucky number), so this was a […]

This great Model 16 laminate just shipped to live in sunny Florida! SUPER heavy flame faces on this one. Smaller body depth for a comfy feel. The Peter Bernstein style pickguards are very popular right now. Having the controls that close is definitely convenient. The sound was very crisp and defined with the maple faces […]
