Here’s how I finished up the Epoxy “Ebony” cast tail piece… A heavy duty brass strap is fashioned to wrap over the butt of the guitar. A cast cover makes it look nice and neat from the end view.

Birdseye Laminate Model 16- Primer stage sandout These pics were taken after spraying 2 coats of sanding sealer. That birdseye maple really popped! I wont show you my temporary spray setup. Lets just say its possible to do alot with very little. New spray booth will be installed soon!
