Peter’s guitar is finished, and its a good one. I used this for a rehearsal and a gig last week and it was very cool. Super lightweight and very resonant. Peter asked for a 25-1/2 scale and the extra string tension really drives the guitar to resonate. First pic is the sketch Peter drew for […]

This axe will have some awesome soundports (see schematic), and they are bound in quilted mahogany. I toyed with some ideas and thought it would be easier to bind them prior to rough carving. Worked great! The aged european spruce top looks awesome.

Just finished up with the chambered axe- turned out great! Ultra light, a very air and open tone thanks to the chambers and lightweight wood species. I’d own one of these! Compact by jazz guitar standards (14″) but a fat sound. Silky smooth satin finish on the back- very smooth to play. I’m excited! AVAILABLE […]

Just finished up with Noah’s guitar which will be shipping tomorrow AM. Whew what a long journey these guitars take. I’m stoked! Its an old school D’Angelico inspired 16″ archtop with his style of split block and burst. Big old sexy recurves on the edges. Freak’n sounds awesome- hopefully I did some justice to the […]
